“Boss Up 101” a nonprofit program providing entrepreneurial development and community engagement opportunities to minority students in grades 9-12, with a focus on student with an Individual Education Plan (IEP)..
Boss Up 101 was created in direct response to the growing number of young people that falling through the cracks after graduation.

When he shared with me that he had a dream of opening a business that would help other special education kids succeed in life, I knew I had to do something to help him make this dream a reality..."
